What are the delivery methods in France and abroad?
In France Delivery is free from €50 and will be sent to your home by post via Colissimo.
In the European Union, the UK and Switzerland delivery is €8 and is made via Chronopost with a signature on arrival. From 200€ delivery is free.
Worldwide: We ship worldwide and delivery is 20€
Import tax
Import taxes are paid in advance by BERTHIE.
You will not have to pay taxes for countries outside the European Union (UK, Switzerland etc).
In the event that you have a tax to pay , we recommend that you pay it and you will be reimbursed on an invoice to be sent to us by e-mail at: hello@berthie.fr
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges rules: You have 14 days from delivery by post to change your mind and return the item to us in its initial condition with the purchase order received for identification.

Delays
We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The shipping time is 3 to 7 working days. The delivery time may be a little longer during the launch periods of the large collection of the month or during the sales.
Express delivery: Express delivery is 5€ in France.
In Switzerland or in England: 20€
We set up an express delivery, the delivery date is mentioned to you in the product sheet of the article and in the choice of the carrier during the checkout.
