New releases and restocks every Saturday at 10 a.m.
Delivery & returns
What are your delivery times?
In France :
We do our best to prepare your packages between 3 and 5 working days, they are then sent by post or to a relay point the next day.
The post office takes between 48 hours and 72 hours to deliver the package to you.
Outside of France :
Delivery times are 3 to 7 working days.
To know :
During collection launch periods or during sales, delivery times may lengthen.
For all orders placed on Friday after 9 a.m., weekends and public holidays, orders will be prepared on the next working days.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for these elements essential to the successful delivery of your order.

Import taxes
Our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs duties for countries outside the European Union.
These taxes, for example Great Britain or Switzerland or other countries outside Europe, will be reimbursed to you on an invoice to be sent to us by e-mail at hello@berthie.fr

Return or exchange rules
You have 14 days from delivery by post to change your mind and let us know by email and return the item to us in its original condition with the order form received by email for identification by post in Colissimo with a tracking number.
In France: The costs of return or exchange are at our expense when the initial order totals more than 200 €. Indeed, the return or exchange of one or more items of this order is offered. We will send you a return slip by email. If the order is less than €200, returns are your responsibility.

How long does it take for my return request to be processed?
Once your return request has been accepted, you can return your product to us only by post via Colissimo with a tracking number .
Upon receipt by our teams, we process your return with refund or exchange within 7 days maximum.
Gift card reimbursement
Reimbursement by gift card
If you made a purchase with a gift card, the amount refunded will be on the gift card itself and not on your bank account. It is reusable with the same code sent initially.
If you completed your order by credit card, the additional amount will be refunded to your bank account.
Once your return request has been accepted, you can only return your product to us by post via Colissimo with a tracking number .

Is it possible to modify my order once validated?
Within 4 hours and before 7 p.m., the order can be modified by contacting us via an e-mail at hello@berthie.fr .
Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, you have 2 hours and before 7 p.m. to cancel it except on weekends.

I made several orders, is it possible to combine them?
You have until the validation of the tracking number to consolidate your orders.
I have not received an email confirming my order, is this normal?
Remember to watch your spam and save your email address afterwards. If the email is not in your spam, contact us at hello@berthie.fr
How can I follow the progress of my order?
In the tab of your account, click on the order concerned and the tracking number.
How can I pay for my order?
