Delivery & Returns
What are your delivery times?
In France :
We do our best to prepare your packages within 3 to 5 business days, and they are then shipped by post or to a pickup point the next day.
The post takes between 48 to 72 hours to deliver the package.
Outside France:
Delivery times are 3 to 7 business days.
Please note:
During the launch periods of a collection or during sales, delivery times may be extended.
For all orders placed on Friday after 9 AM, on weekends, and on public holidays, orders will be prepared on the next working days.
Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address including the city and postal code.
Berthie cannot be held responsible for these essential elements for the proper delivery of your order.

The shipping costs amount to €5.00.

The shipping costs abroad amount to €15.
Shipping costs are free for orders over €200.
Taxes d'importation
'Our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs duties for countries outside the European Union.'

You have 14 days from the delivery by the Post to change your mind and notify us by email, and return the item in its original condition with the order confirmation received by email for identification by the Post in Colissimo with a tracking number.
In France: Return or exchange fees are at our expense as long as the initial order totals more than €200. Indeed, the return or exchange of one or more items from this order is free. We will also send you a return label by email. If the order is less than €200, returns are at your expense.

How long does it take for my return request to be processed?

Gift card refund
Gift card refund
If you made a purchase with a gift card, the refunded amount will be credited back to the gift card itself and not to your bank account. It is reusable with the same code originally sent.
If you completed your order by credit card, the additional amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Within 4 hours and before 7 PM, the order can be modified by contacting us via email at hello@berthie.fr .

Yes, you have 2 hours and before 7 PM to cancel it except on weekends.
