WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS FOR FRANCE?

Delivery is free and will be sent to you by post via Colissimo to your home.

When your order is shipped you will receive an email (remember to look in your spam) with a tracking number and you just have to click on it to follow its progress.

Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.

DELIVERY METHODS ABROAD

In the European Union and Switzerland, the delivery is 8€ and is made via Chronopost with a signature on arrival. From 200€ delivery is free.

In the USA, delivery costs €20 via Chronopost with a signature on arrival. From 200€ delivery is free

Rest of the world delivery is €20 via Chronopost with signature on arrival

Import taxes, our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs taxes for countries outside the European Union.

These taxes, for example Great Britain or Switzerland or other countries outside Europe, will be reimbursed to you on an invoice to be sent to us by e-mail at: hello@berthie.fr

How is the relay point going?

When you choose delivery to a relay point, we send you an email after confirming the order, so that you can choose the closest relay point to your home. The email is sent by Mondial Relay directly.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

We process orders during working days (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). The shipping time is 5 to 7 working days. The delivery time may be a little longer during the launch periods of the large collection of the month or during the sales.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track the delivery of your order.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

The return and exchange costs are at our expense when the initial order totals more than 200 € Indeed, the return of one or more items of this order is free. We will send you a return slip by email.
