Contact us via the direct chat on the site and someone will help you choose the ideal size according to the article and your morphology.

How many collections do you release?

We are releasing La Grande Collection du Mois, the first Sunday at 10 a.m.

New arrivals and restocking every Saturday at 10 a.m.

My item is sold out, when will it be available again?

To be the first informed of the possible return of your favorite products, remember to subscribe to the e-mail alert for each product.

I have a problem, a question, how can I contact you?

Is it possible to modify my order once validated?

Within 4 hours and before 7 p.m., the order can be modified by contacting us by e-mail at hello@berthie.fr .

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Yes, you have 2 hours and before 7 p.m. to cancel it, except on weekends.

I made several orders, is it possible to combine them?

You have until the validation of the tracking number to consolidate your orders.

I haven't received an order confirmation email, is that normal?

Delivery:

What are your delivery times?

We do our best to prepare your parcels between 3 and 5 working days, they are then sent by post or to a relay point the next day.

The post office takes between 48 and 72 hours to deliver the package to you. During the launch periods of a collection or during the sales, the delivery time may be longer.


For all orders placed on Friday after 9 a.m., on weekends and on public holidays, orders will be prepared on the next working days.

Before confirming your order, we advise you to check the spelling of your first and last name as well as your exact address with the city and postal code.

Berthie cannot be held responsible for these elements that are essential for the proper delivery of your order.

IMPORT TAXES

Our products coming directly from France may be subject to customs duties for countries outside the European Union.

These taxes, for example Great Britain or Switzerland or other countries outside Europe, will be reimbursed to you on an invoice to be sent to us by e-mail at hello@berthie.fr

Return or exchange rules: You have 14 days from delivery by post to change your mind and let us know by email and return the item to us in its original condition with the order form received by email for identification by La Poste in Colissimo with a tracking number.

In France:
The return or exchange costs are at our expense when the initial order totals more than €200. Indeed, the return or exchange of one or more items of this order is offered. We will send you a return slip by email.
If the order is less than €200, returns are your responsibility.

In accordance with Article L221-5 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the delivery of your order to return your items to us by post with a number. tracking at:

Return or exchange costs are our responsibility when the initial order totals more than €300. Indeed, the return of one or more items of this order is offered. We will reimburse the return costs on proof to be sent by email to hello@berthie.fr

If the order is less than €300, returns are your responsibility.

How quickly will my return request be processed?

Once your return request has been accepted, you can return your product to us only by post via Colissimo with a tracking number.
Upon receipt by our teams, we will process your return with reimbursement or exchange within 7 days maximum.
